| Questek components international
Pte Ltd warrants that its products are free from defects in |
| material and workmanship. Subject
to the conditions and limitations set forth below, |
| Questek will at its option, either
repair or replace any part of its product(s) that prove defective by |
| reason of improper workmanship or
materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be |
| provided by Questek on an exchange
basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally |
| equivalent to new. This warranty
does not cover any damage to this product that results from |
| accident, abuse, misuse, natural or
personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or |
| modification. |

| Life Time Warranty: All
major on 3rd memory modules with "memory power" yellow sticker |
| 12 Months Warranty: All OEM
memory modules unless otherwise specified. |

| Warranty Conditions |
| The warranty will be null and void subject to the following
conditions: |
| a) The warranty sticker was mislaid, interfered or damaged. |
| b) The warranty period is expired. |
| c) The modules was damaged due to improperly use by the
user. |
| d) The modules appeared physically damaged. |
| e) The I.C. Chip or PCB board was burnt |
| f) The modules was mended without Questek
authorization. |
| g) The modules are too dirty or have written marks on the
PCB or IC |
