| Questek Limited warranty statement | |
| Questek components international Pte Ltd warrants that its products are free from defects in | |
| material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below. | |
| Questek will at its option, either repair or replace any part of its product(s) that prove defective by | |
| reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be | |
| provided by Questek on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally | |
| equivalent to new. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from | |
| accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or | |
| modification. | |
| Warranty Duration | |
| Life Time Warranty: All major on 3rd memory modules with "Memory Power" yellow sticker. The warranty will be over once the Dram chips suppliers stop producing that particular chip model or a 3 years period has lapsed since the last purchase of the goods as stated in the invoice whichever is earlier. | |
| 12 Months Warranty: All OEM memory modules unless otherwise specified. | |
| Warranty Conditions |
| The warranty will be null and void subject to the following conditions: |
| a) The warranty sticker was mislaid, interfered or damaged. |
| b) The warranty period is expired. |
| c) The modules was damaged due to improperly use by the user. |
| d) The modules are physically damaged. |
| e) The I.C. Chip or PCB board was burnt or cracked |
| f) The modules was repaired without Questek authorization. |
| g) The modules are too dirty or have written marks on the PCB or ICs |
| i) All warranty sticker not belonging to Questek must be taken out before returning to us. | ||
| Procedure for Return | ||
| a) Send email to services@questek.com.sg to request fo RMA form. | ||
| b) On receiving your mail we will send a RMA form to you and please fill in the details and send back. | ||
| c) We will issue a RMA number and advise you where to send the good to. | ||
| d) Our service centre will inform you if the module warranty is void. | ||
| Charges will be applied if the module is damaged or warranty is void. The charges will depend on the | ||
| severity of the damages. | ||
