Customer got a quote for 2 pcs Twin 1G/667 sodimm for Apple Macbook Pro from a Branded Memory Supplier for S$200.00, found our website and got for  S$96.00 a saving of 50%, we even installed for him in his new Macbook for FREE

Case 6 - Desperate Customer

Customer brought his notebook Dell and we install 2 pcs of 2g.667 sodimm, spend 1 hour with me to try to get into his Bios to change the memory system. Finally manage to enter and setup system. Feel bad for our time spend. Is part of our service. He bought 4 pcs 1gb.400, 4 pcs 2g sodimm before already, his second coming.

Case 7 - In Dilemna Customer

Customer bought some Crucial sodimm was unable to use. Ask me to help, was for Industrial Computer, brought our 1g.333 sodimm to him and install on 2 systems. Work and thank me for solving his problem. Need to deliver to his customer, was so happy to meet deadline. 

Case 8 - Unsure Customer

Customer brought in Apple  Macpro notebook, specification put 3Gb max, but we try 4Gb and it works fine. Another satisfied customer.

Case 9 - Early Bird

Customer make appointment at 8.30 am to install 2x1g667 for his Macbook in our office. Where can u find shops open so early, we do at your service even for 2 pcs of 1g/667. System boot up faster using Leopard Os

Case 10 - Self Installer

Mr Matthew bought 2g/667 sodimm using our Free Postage and Introduce A friend Coupon, we give him a $10.00 discount  for his iMac, he transfer money on Wednesday, immediately we shipped the Memory to him next day he received it and install. His feedback " Thanks for the Excellent Service !! Will patronise again. ". His comment make us strife harder to serve all of you Mac Lover.  He send us a picture was too blur but anyway Thank You for Trusting us, Matthew.

Case 11 - Free SD Cards

Customers cannot believe we are giving free SD cards, he cannot believe there is so generous company. Ask again and again. YES, YES, come and collect. Mr Gerard. Most of the lucky draw winners came and collected. No need to listen to long talk, we have no time, our factory is busy with year end production. Mr CF Chiam even ask us to post to him, we promptly did that after he paid us the postage.

Case 12 - Lucky Customer

Customer bought 1 pc of 1g/333 sodimm, using our Free Delivery Service, give the wrong address. Luckily the Postal Service in Singapore is Good, we manage to get it back from them and pass to him. Additional work for us, but we want our customer to be Happy and have good experience shopping with us.

Customer bought 2x2gb 667 for his Apple Macbook Pro, installed and working well, told me a friend came from USA and want to buy. He sold his to his friend for a Hugh Profit, ( I am happy for him), he came and buy again, 2 sets tested on his Apple Macbook Pro and works. He going to sell again to his friends. Good luck to you.

Case 15 - Escape

Customer came in well prepared with Screw drivers to install the memory by himself. Bought 1 pcs of 1g/333 sodimm, we helping him with the installation. Brought 2 PCs bought 1pcs, send some time with him switch his memory between PC. Forgot to ask him for 5 emails to spread the message, got discount for Nothing, Aiyah.

Case 16 - Foreign Guest

Customer came all the way from Thailand, how he manage to find us, is a wonder, bought 2 pcs of 1g/333 sodimm, told me Thailand price was double of mine. Nice meeting you Paul.

Case 17 - Try His Luck Customer

Customer brought IBM x31 notebook down, specification said PC2700 or PC333 max but he want to try PC400 because his FSB is 400, so we try and it works, no charge.

Case 18 - Unexpected Customer

Customer requested for 2 pcs of 256mb 100 sodimm, told him Friday we be ready, he came on Thursday we straight away make 2 pcs for him on the spot. Hot from the oven, even get a feel of how they will make, Factory Tour. He took the goods after 15 minutes or 20 of waiting, reading newspaper provide by us.

Customer bought his New apple macbook with Transcend DDR3 1066 2gb and complaint it has problem running. Ask me to help, I installed 2 pcs of Apple approved Hynix 2gb/1066 DDR3 and run no problem
